Do you disconnect the appliance?
We can unhook a standard plug-in or already-shut-off unit. For anything hard-wired or on a gas line we'll ask you to have it safely disconnected first — just ask and we'll walk you through it.
What happens to the old appliance?
It's disposed of properly, and we recycle the metal where possible instead of just landfilling it.
Can you take a freezer full of spoiled food?
