These terms cover your use of this website and how estimates and services from Rent Me and My Truck LLC ("we," "us") work. By using this site or requesting an estimate, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide junk removal, hauling, delivery, cleanouts and related services in Corpus Christi, Texas and the surrounding area. All work is subject to availability and scheduling.
Estimates and pricing
- Estimates given by phone, text, or through this site are good-faith estimates, not final quotes. Final pricing is based on load size, labor, and distance.
- We confirm the price with you before work begins — no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
- Minimums, discounts (including senior, military and first-responder discounts), and availability can change without notice.
Scheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can. We'll do the same for you if weather or a prior job affects your time slot.
What we can haul
Some materials are restricted by law or by disposal facilities (for example certain chemicals and hazardous waste). Tell us what needs to go and we'll tell you straight whether we can take it.
This website
- Site content — text, photos of our work, and our logo — belongs to Rent Me and My Truck LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
- The site is provided "as is." We work to keep information current, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nueces County, Texas.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
