Our story
The Guy Behind the Truck
Rent Me and My Truck is Eddie — a Corpus Christi hauler who turned a barely-driven truck and a handful of favors for friends into a 4.9-star business.
How it started
From Pizza Money to a Real Business
On February 9th, 2023, Eddie was looking at a truck he drove barely 100 miles a month and a new trailer he'd used a handful of times. He thought about all the jobs he'd already done for friends — and how getting paid in pizza wasn't quite cutting it.
He was up until 3 a.m. that night doing research. By sunrise he had a name and a plan. The rest, as he puts it, is history.
Since then, Rent Me and My Truck has grown on one simple thing: showing up, doing the work right, and treating people well — whether it's a single couch or a whole property, a proud homeowner or someone whose place just got away from them. We get our hands dirty so you can keep yours clean.

In the neighborhood
You'll See Us Around Town
The truck gets used for more than hauling. When something's going on around the Coastal Bend, Eddie usually has a hand in it.
160+ Backpacks, One Car Meet
In August 2026, what looked like an ordinary car meet turned into a back-to-school supply drive. Eddie worked his connections in the Corpus Christi car community, and a group of local business owners came together — several thousand dollars between them, plus the hands to physically make it happen. More than 160 backpacks, packed with school supplies, went home with Coastal Bend families that evening.

Buc Days Float Duty
When a local school needs a float pulled through the Buc Days parade, Eddie hitches up and pulls it.
